The 2012 Southeastern/Southwestern Joint Annual Meeting will be held in Little Rock, AR at The Peabody Little Rock, Three Statehouse Plaza, Little Rock, AR 72201. We have negotiated a special meeting rate of:

 - $129 per night for single and double occupancy
 - $139 for triple occupancy
 - $149 for quad occupancy

Those rates are also valid if you wish to extend your stay after the meeting (up to March 10). Free internet and hotel shuttle are included, but parking is not free (details will be posted later). The negotiated room rates will be honored for reservations that are made by February 21.

Reservations need to be made by phone at 1-800-PEABODY (732-2639), mention Group Code (124475) to receive the discounted rates.

An important note about room availability at the Peabody Hotel for Saturday& Sunday night, March 3-4, 2012 from Rob Wiedenmann:
     Due to the Little Rock Marathon, which will occur downtown on Sunday morning, March 4, the Peabody will not have enough rooms for everyone who would arrive on Saturday. I apologize --I was unaware of the Marathon and its effect on room availability, but I take the blame for not asking. There are other rooms available around town or nearby, but not downtown close to the Peabody. Also, Sunday check-in time will be later (~ 4:00 pm) because they are granting a later departure time for the marathoners.

Additional Guest Rooms are available Friday-Sunday evening at the Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock.
