Biographical Sketch
Dr. Nannan Liu completed her Ph.D. in 1995 in the Department of Entomology at Cornell University. Dr. Liu currently holds the rank of professor in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology at Auburn University. Dr. Liu's area of interest is in insect molecular toxicology and physiology. Dr. Liu's record of service to ESA includes serving on the Awards Committee for the Southeastern Branch (2010), serving as Program Chair for the 2009 Southeastern Branch meeting, and serving as moderator for several student oral competitions at national ESA meetings. Dr. Liu also serves on several journal editorial boards, teaches multiple courses in physiology and toxicology at her home institution, and has authored or coauthored 30 publications since 2006.
