Entomology 2010 will take place December 12-15, 2010 in San Diego, California at The Town and Country Resort and Convention Center. The Town and Country is the ideal all-in-one conference facility where sleeping rooms are just steps away from the meeting rooms, and a variety of dining options are offered on property. The Town and Country is also located just a short walk from Fashion Square Mall and the commuter rail system that connects you with downtown San Diego.

ESA Annual Meeting rates are guaranteed to those individuals making reservations within the meetings dates of Dec. 12-15, 2010.  The Town and Country has extended the discounted rates for 3 day prior to and 3 days after the ESA Annual Meeting dates. In order to qualify for these extended dates, you must be a registered hotel guest for at least part of the Annual Meetings dates.

Acknowledgements: Unless otherwise requested, Town and Country will send a confirmation by email, if an email address is provided. All processing and cancellation policies will be noted in your confirmation. Please review your confirmation carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation within 7 days after any transaction, please call Town & Country Resort and Convention Center at 800-772-8527 or 619-291-7131.

Modifications/Cancellations: Contact Town and Country Resort and Convention Center directly to modify or cancel your reservation. ESA’s headquarters office keeps no record of reservations and is unable to help you with confirmations, cancellations, changes, or late arrivals. No cancellation fee will be charged if your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of attendee’s arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Please note that the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center will be coordinating all of the ESA housing for the Dec. 12-15, 2010 Annual Meeting in San Diego. All hotel reservations should be made with the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center using the information above.

ESA has been notified that there is a housing scam taking place. You may be contacted by other companies claiming to offer special housing deals to you in San Diego. We strongly suggest not providing credit card information to these companies. If you have already made a housing reservation and it was not with the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center, you are encouraged to cancel your reservation immediately and rebook it with the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center.
