ESA Annual Meetings

The Annual Meeting of the Entomological Society of America is its premier event each year. For a four-day period, thousands of entomologists and professionals from related disciplines gather to exchange scientific information and the latest research, enhance their professional knowledge and skills, and network with colleagues. The Meeting includes exciting networking events, competitions as well as special plenary sessions, the annual Society awards and business meetings. The exhibition features entomological equipment, supplies, and reference materials, as well as other paraphernalia.

The 2012 ESA 60th Annual Meeting will be held November 11-14, in Knoxville, TN located in the Great Smoky Mountains. The Entomology 2012 ThemeA Global Society for a Global Science is already proving to be a great topic. There are collectively over 107 Program, Section, and Member Symposia that will be presented. Scientists from all over the world will be traveling to the ESA Meeting to present their research. This is the most important annual conference anywhere in the world for the science of entomology.
