Additional Marketing Opportunities

Advertising!

Reach the most committed buying audience in entomology. This year the ESA Annual Meeting is in Reno, NV. Whether or not you will be attending and exhibiting at the meeting, this is your opportunity to reach more than 2,200 entomologists, including ESA members, teachers, researchers, students, administrators, consultants, pest management specialists, and agricultural agents.

The Annual Meeting Program is the guidebook, map, and essential reference tool that every attendee looks through again and again. It is mailed to most of the attendees prior to the meeting, used throughout the course of the week’s activities, and then frequently referred to in the year following the meeting, leading to multiple exposures for each advertiser. Download our advertising media kit and reserve your space now!

Treasure Chest Drawing

One of the most exciting times on the show floor is on Wednesday at 11am (NOTE: this is one hour earlier than in previous years) when ESA shuts down the Society Center and conducts a raffle for all attendees present. During the week we collected names of attendees and then one by one we raffle off a number of different prizes donated by the exhibitors and others. What a great marketing opportunity! Your product, held aloft in front of hundreds of interested buyers, all hoping to win something from YOU. To participate, either indicate your prize donation on your exhibit booth application, or contact the Exhibit Manager.

Exhibitor Sponsored Refreshments

Picture the scene ... it's been a long day of meetings, presentations, and discussions with other attendees. The professor has not had time to grab lunch yet. He's tired. He's thirsty. And just then an announcement goes up over the loudspeaker that free refreshments are now available in the Exhibit Hall, courtesy of your company and the other sponsors. Talk about creating a meaningful contact with your prospects! To participate, either indicate your contribution on the exhibitor application, or contact the Exhibit Manager.
