ESA offers a central location for all Branches to promote their activities and business to ESA members and prospective members from around the world. 

Updates and Maintenance – ESA is happy to maintain Branch web pages on www.entsoc.org. Staff will make every effort to make the updates within two (2) business days following receipt. Please contact Pamela Reid to request updates to Branch web pages. 

Communications

Conference Calls for Branch Leadership Meetings - ESA is happy to assist you with setting up conference calls to communicate with your Branch leadership. Please reserve your conference call date and time at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled teleconference to avoid conflicts. Please contact Pamela Reid to schedule your teleconference using the ESA conferencing tool.

Mass Email Distribution for Branch Leaders - ESA offers Branch leaders a convenient way to reach their leadership, students and/or entire membership. Note that only current Branch leadership can access this tool. It is easy...Go to ESA Portal

1. Click on Branch and Section Communication
2. Click Email Your Branch
3. Select the distribution list
4. Select which address you want to email from, click Next
5. Compose your message in both HTML (allows graphics) and Text (no images/links)
6. Click send

ESA staff can assist you with distributing email messages to your Branch membership. Just submit your text via email and ESA staff will do the rest. Please request distribution at least three (3) business days before scheduled distribution. Please contact Pamela Reid to forward your content and schedule your email distribution.
