This news video from Al Jazeera shows how food charities are hoping that a move towards insect farming in Laos could help overcome the problem of undernourished children, who suffer because of a lack of protein in their diets.

The United Nations's Food and Agriculture Organisation, which is supporting the efforts in Laos, says insects contain a high protein and vitamin content.
