Edward O. Wilson is a Pulitzer Prize-winning author and professor emeritus at Harvard University. He is also a Fellow of the Entomological Society of America, and in 1972 was given the ESA Founders' Memorial Award.
In the following videos, Dr. Wilson takes us on a tour of his office, located in Harvard University's Museum of Comparative Zoology, shows off Harvard's ant collection (the largest in the world with about a million specimens), plays a backwoods fiddle, and explains how he looks to Darwin (a bobble head doll, in this case) for encouragement, and gives advice to young scientists and students.
