The Malaria Cube Helps Fight Malaria

Tomorrow, April 25, is World Malaria Day, which was instituted by the World Health Assembly in May 2007. Every year there are about 216 million malaria cases worldwide, and an estimated 655,000 deaths from the disease.

In honor of World Malaria Day, a company called e3 Resources in Franklin, Tennessee has created the The MalariaCube, which uses pictures to show how the disease is transmitted (through mosquitoes), how to prevent it, the symptoms, who can get it, and how to treat it.
