Parasitoid Wasps Lay Eggs in Ants

This video shows females of the parasitoid wasp Kollasmosoma sentum ovipositing in workers of the ant Cataglyphis ibericus. It was recorded in slow motion video, at a rate of 300 frames per second in Madrid, August and September, 2010.
