PAUL, MN (February 1, 2012) -- The Coalition for a Sustainable Agricultural Workforce (CSAW), of which ESA is a member, sent a clear message to DC this week: help prevent the spread of misconceptions about agriculture and support increasing agricultural research and education funding to meet the challenge of feeding the world.

Lanham, MD; January 24, 2012 -- The Entomological Society of America (ESA) is sponsoring a competition for travel grants to the 2012 International Congress of Entomology (ICE) to be held in Daegu, South Korea this summer.
The competition is open to all ESA members who are undergraduate or graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, or professionals having less than three years of experience.
A total of $60,000 will be distributed for travel awards to ICE 2012, with 22-24 awards of up to $3,000 each.
