Just a note to thank you and the Entomological Society of America for making the ACE program available to the pest control industry.  This certification closes more sales for me than anything I have ever done.  When I tell a potential customer that I am an Associate Certified Entomologist, it seals the deal.  People read it in our Yellow Pages and internet ads and select Biz-zz Bee because of this certification.  We know because they tell us why we were selected from many.  At the present time, I am bidding on a facility with buildings full of PHD’s and they congratulate me and admire the fact that I want to continue to educate myself (I am 64!).  This will be the largest contract in our company’s history should we be awarded it and I know that my ACE certification will have gone a long way towards this accomplishment.  I proudly wear the ACE patch on all my uniforms.

Tough test, but I thought it was fair. I am encouraged by this opportunity to become an Associate Certified Entomologist and become a member of the ESA. I am very pleased the program is available and will promote it with in my company among other managers. I believe this will be beneficial for my customers to help them understand why Orkin may be considered more credible against the other opinions, and pest management strategies in the market place. It also is consistent with our commitment to training. Orkin is recognized now five consecutive years by Training Magazine and included in their top 125 companies in America for excellence in training.
