February 13: Early bird booth assignments begin, based on priority points

March 15: Advance Rate Discount Deadline; Exhibit Sales on a first-come, first-served basis

July 27: Deadline to submit application and be included in the Official Program Book listing

August 6: Deadline to submit 50-word company or product description to exhibit@entsoc.org

November 11: Move-in begins at 8:00 AM
