Special events and related meetings may be held in conjunction with Entomology 2012. Based on the type of event, date requested, and final approval by ESA's 2012 Annual Meeting Program Committee, a complimentary meeting room, standard signage, standard AV equipment, and a listing in ESA's official Program Book may be made available at no charge to universities and other non-profits hosting these events. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, after ESA events and sessions are assigned.

ESA assigns all available function space at the Knoxville Convention Center, the Hilton Knoxville and the Holiday Inn Knoxville from November 11-14, 2012.

The Function sumission site is now closed.  Deadline to submit a function was October 5, 2012.
