2013 Exhibitor Imporant Dates: 

October 18, 2013 –
Housing reservation deadline -There are plenty of great hotels within walking distance to the Convention Center.  Don’t forget to RESERVE YOUR ROOM!
 

October 11, 2013 -
Representative Name Badges- Two complimentary exhibitor name badges are provided per 10' x 10' booth rented for the purpose of staffing the booth.  Representatives are able to attend technical sessions during exhibit hours as long as there is an alternate staff person in their booth.  Exhibit representatives DO NOT register for the annual meeting, but submit their names by email to cmyers@entsoc.org by October 11, 2013. Name badge changes after this date are subject to a $25 fee.

October 18, 2013 –
Discount Deadline - Order Your Booth Supplies and Labor by Discount Deadline:  Please be sure to order any supplies needed (furniture, carpet, labor, electricity, internet, etc.) before Friday, October 18.  Fees for such supplies and services increase considerably if ordered after the discount date.  Order forms are in the Service Kit available here: EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT
