Oral Presentation Tips
• Create your presentation in PowerPoint format – both .ppt and .pptx are acceptable.
• You will be notified by email when it is time to upload your presentation online. All presenters must upload their PowerPoint presentations online, or in the Presentation Preview Room at the Annual Meeting at least 24 hours in advance of their presentation to have them pre-loaded on the session computer.
• Time limits are strictly enforced.
• Speak loudly and clearly.

Poster Presentation Tips
• Presenters should bring their own Velcro for attaching their posters to the boards. Please do not use tape or push pins.
• Poster dimension should not exceed 46 inches by 46 inches.
• Back-lighted photos, sound or projection equipment, and free-standing displays are prohibited.
• It is essential that presenters clear their poster board at the end of their session. ESA accepts no responsibility for material left behind, lost, stolen or damaged.
• You may wish to bring a supply of business cards and a pad of paper for viewers to leave their contact information.
