*Guest registration: There is a charge of for guest at Entomology 2013. This charge only allows access to our exhibit hall, Welcome Reception, plenary sessions, Linnaean Games, and to the presentation given by the primary registrant.  Guests are described as anyone accompanying a paid registrant (excluding children 16 and under). Guests may be a spouse or family member who is not an ESA member and who does not have an interest in entomology, but is attending purely to hear the presentation of the primary paid registrant. If guests are registering to attend sessions and view posters, they must register as regular attendees. Professional colleagues must register independently.

It is important to note and understand that Registration materials will not be mailed. We will mail a reminder postcard prior to the early-bird registration deadline, but all members and potential attendees are encouraged to ensure that their e-mail address is current and up-to-date so that important announcements about the Annual Meeting will be received, as the majority of our communications will be via e-mail.
