International Assistance and Letters of Invitation

International attendees planning to attend Entomology 2017 may need to obtain a Visa for travel into the United States.

*Due to staff limitations at the US Department of State, Visa approvals may be delayed. We strong suggest all speakers requiring a visa to enter the US apply no later than August 18, 2017. All accepted international speakers will receive a personalized letter of invitation via e-mail that will include their presentation title, tentative speaking date, time, and location within that letter by August 1, 2017.

A program run independently by the US State Department, the Visa Waiver Program enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the US without first obtaining a Visa.
