Fellow Post Doc
Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Department of Entomology, Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS. 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), non-tenure track position. Primary responsibilities include designing experiments, conducting research, and analyzing data with a research emphasis on improving the distribution and efficacy of aerosol insecticides for controlling stored-product insects in food storage and processing facilities. Other responsibilities include preparing progress reports and manuscripts, and maintaining insect colonies and research facilities. Ph.D. degree in Entomology or a related discipline with relevant coursework in stored product entomology, insect pest management, insect toxicology and/or statistics; extensive research experience in insect pest management; excellent organizational, written and interpersonal communication skills.
