     My name is Jessica Sully, and I am currently searching for research and employment opportunities. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego in May 2012, and I plan to attend graduate school with the goal of earning a Ph.D starting in 2013. I worked on several research projects as an undergraduate student, one of which resulted in an Honors Senior Thesis.

I worked at the San Diego Natural History Museum for 2.5 years, during which I became familiar with entomology collections (both wet and dry) and the taxonomy of the beetle family Carabidae. I also have teaching experience through one of my undergraduate classes, which allowed me to design and present a hands-on science lab once a week for several months to elementary school children.

I am hard-working, eager to learn, and passionate about insects.
