I have been involved in agriculture since high school as well as Entomology. My undergraduate degree was in Agricultural Biology and focused on Entomology. I am currently working on my masters degree at the University of Georgia. My research is on the phenology of the Kudzu Bug, Megacopta cribraria in Kudzu and Soybeans as well as the host preference of M. cribraria on several edible bean varieties. I have experience in pesticide application, experimental design, and field identification of agricultural pests as well as crop consulting. I am interested in working in agricultural settings including range and row crops. I am looking for employment in both government and private sectors. My graduation date is expected to be December 2013. I am flexible concerning location and willing to relocate. Thank you for your consideration.
