Danny McDonald, a researcher at Texas A&M, and Wizzie Brown, BCE, an entomologist with Texas AgriLife Extension, are featured in this news video on the rasberry crazy ant.

"These ants don't sting like the fire ants do, but it's just that there's so many of them and they can get into homes and make the yard unusable because there's so many ants,” Wizzie Brown said. "The people in Houston say they would rather have the fire ants because then you have a contained mound and you know where they are. These ants are kind of everywhere."
