Women-in-Entomology Network

The Women in Entomology Network provides an opportunity to mentor and encourage the participation of women working in the area of entomology. It is open to anyone seeking to promote career and leadership opportunities for women in the field of entomology. Members gather to share experiences, find potential collaborations, and meet a cross-section of women in a variety of fields and at all stages of their careers and education. We seek to eliminate barriers, real or perceived, that may restrict the full participation of women in entomology.

Originally organized by Dr. Elizabeth Beckemeyer, the Women In Entomology Breakfast is held at the Annual Meeting of the Entomological Society of America.
