Heteropterists’ Network

The Heteropterists’ Network (formerly the Heteropterists’ Informal Conference, then symposium) has been organized since around 1978. We are an informal group that meets at the National Meeting for presentation of research and for discussion of various topics concerning the "True Bugs." The selection of the moderator(s) (and organizer) is finalized at that meeting to handle the following year's duties. Historically, discussions and symposia within this network have centered on taxonomy, systematics, and life history. However, subject emphasis for presentations at the National meeting is chiefly governed by the organizer and the interests of speakers.

For information on this Network, please contact Jeff Bradshaw at bradshaw@iastate.edu.
