Presidential Student Travel Scholarships
Presidential Student Travel Scholarships will again be offered to assist student members in attending the North Central Branch annual meeting in Lincoln, NE on June 3-6, 2012. Undergraduate or graduate students who are: 1) Enrolled in a college / university within the Branch for a minimum of one term since the preceding NCB meeting, 2) submitting a presentation/poster for the 2012 meeting, and 3) ESA members in good standing are eligible to apply. Scholarship guidelines and application instructions are available at below. Completed applications should be electronically submitted to President Fred Baxendale at fbaxendale1@unl.edu by 5:00 PM CDT on Monday, April 2, 2012. Scholarship recipients will be notified via email by April 16, 2012. Checks in the amount of $250 will be distributed in registration packets at the meeting, and recipients will be recognized at the Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
