Charles Vincent Joins ESA Governing Board

Lanham, MD; February 1, 2012 -- Charles Vincent, an agronomist and research scientist at Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada, has joined the ESA Governing Board as the Representative from the International Branch.
Dr. Vincent replaces Myron Zalucki, who chose to step down from the Governing Board late last year due to scheduling conflicts that would prevent him from fully representing the International Branch.
Previously, Dr. Vincent served as President and Vice President of the International Branch, and he has been active on the ESA Committee on International Affairs.
In November 2010, he received the Gold Medal from the Entomological Society of Canada for his lifetime contributions to the advancement of entomology.
