Wilkerson, 93(4) 745-775, on page 761, number 75 should read: Placement of seta 4-C: 4-C arising posteromedial to 3-C (0); 4-C posterolateral to 3-C (1); 4-C adjacent to 3-C (2), as it was scored in the data matrix.
