Dear ESA Member,

We need judges for the 2013 student debates! We are looking for unbiased students, early professionals, and seasoned professionals to participate in our judging panel. We want to ensure an unbiased panel, so consider if you are affiliated with any of the universities or individuals participating in debates and inform the committee of any potential biases.

Nine university sponsored teams will be involved in debating three specific topics on scientific issues arising from a connected world. We hope that this will be an informative debate. The time commitment for this would be the entire duration of three debates, which would reach three hours (including breaks). More details to come, as we approach the meeting in Austin, TX.
