In order to facilitate the awards submission process at the Branch/Section level, an online system is available that will allow candidates and nominees to upload their submission documents on the ESA web site, send a confirmation to individuals when their application is received, and organize all the submissions and applicant contact details for each award in a single location. In order to utilize this system, complete the form for each award that you wish to manage online. This information will be posted on the ESA web site to inform potential candidates of the background and specific requirements of each award. Please submit all requests to the ESA Awards Administrator at least 2 months prior to the opening of your award's submission date.
Note: ESA requests that Branches use this tool for the 3 pass-through ESA awards (ESA Distinguished Achievement Award in Extension and Teaching; ESA John Henry Comstock Graduate Student Awards) to avoid overlap in nominees from multiple Branches.
