ESA Nomination Submission Form

Please use this form to submit nominations for all open positions. All ballots will be available online during the Summer Elections (July 23 - August 24). Carefully read all instructions and proof your form before submitting. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Deadline for nominations is May 31st at 11:59 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

If this nomination is officially endorsed by an ESA Branch or Section, please select the supporting Branch/Section below.
Biographical sketch of no more than 250 words to include the nominee's name, education, employment, area(s) of interest and accomplishments in entomology, and leadership roles (including record of service to ESA). Please note: Any bios which exceed 250 words will not be accepted.
Professional headshots are preferred.

ESA Vice President-Elect nominees must also include a statement of the nominee's perception of critical issues and future vision for the Society (no more than 250 words). Endorsements by Branches, Sections, or individuals should not be included in this statement, and will not appear on the national ballot.
Nominations for ESA Vice President-Elect, Treasurer or Student Representative to the Governing Board not officially endorsed by an ESA Branch or Section must be accompanied by a signed petition of at least ten (10) members. Please upload a scan of the petition including printed petitioner names and email addresses.

Note: Honorary members are nominated through the ESA awards process. ESA Members will have the opportunity to approve these nominations during the summer elections.
