Associate Coordinator, IPM Program

The integrated pest management (IPM) Associate Coordinator will provide support to the IPM Coordinator and the Crop Protection and Pest Management Extension Implementation Program, which aims to transfer knowledge and competencies to South Carolina growers to implement cost-effective and environmentally friendly pest management practices. Other duties as assigned.
20% - Essential - Work with stakeholder groups to obtain input into Extension IPM program planning
20% - Essential - Assist with communication among project cooperators and stakeholders
20% - Essential - Help with evaluation of IPM programs and writing of reports on IPM efforts
20% - Essential - Develop websites and other outreach material promoting statewide IPM efforts
20% - Essential - Provide further assistance as needed in the Extension Implementation Program and the row crop entomology program at the Clemson University Pee Dee REC.
Education - Bachelor's Degree and relevant program experience.
Education - Master's Degree - Entomology, Pathology, Weed Science, or related field.
Standard Hrs: 37.5; Band: 06 ($ 39,960.00 - $ 60,000.00)
