Entomology 2015 Outreach Program
ESA is excited to host a special program during Entomology 2015 to expand the diversity of the meeting and to encourage undergraduate and graduate students from selected groups in the Minneapolis, MN region to attend ESA’s 63rd Annual Meeting, Monday, November 16 through Wednesday, November 18 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
This program is by special invitation to leaders in societies supporting underserved student groups in the environmental sciences. This special offer is not for anyone planning to present at this year's Annual Meeting.
Students who participate in this program will have the opportunity to get an early jump on their career, better understand the variety of careers in entomology, gain access to a world-renowned event with key leaders in the entomological field, network with top entomology departments, see first-hand how other students present their research, learn the latest in entomological research, and learn about the ESA and its programs and services.
The special program includes attendance at all events taking place on Monday through Wednesday. It does not include participation in presentations.
Interested students should work with their advisors or leaders to coordinate participation. All completed registration forms for this program must be sent to Debi Sutton, ESA Director of Membership and Marketing. You cannot register online for this program. The program has limited space, so act quickly.
