ESC Silent Auction


This year students are organizing Silent Auction for the ESA/ESC/ESBC JAM. This auction is organized every year by ESC students and this year will replace the ESA Entomological Foundation Auction.  The proceeds from the Silent Auction will be used to support, on the basis of high scholastic achievement and innovative research, outstanding entomology students in their research and to help them increase  the scope of their graduate training.

We invite all members, non-members, and all conference attendees of all three societies to donate new or used entomology related items (e.g. books, jewelry, art, your insect photos etc.) to the Silent Auction.
Everyone is welcome to donate and participate in the Silent Auction. You can ship your donation items, or bring them with you to the conference. There will be a Silent Auction Donation drop-off next to the
registration (or you can bring them to the Silent Auction table directly).

Visit the Silent Auction in the Exhibit Hall to bid on your favorite item(s). Bidding on some items will close early, so be sure to visit the auction table frequently.  Some highlighted auction items include:

  • Whistler Experience Package (including round trip transportation to Whistler from Vancouver, choice of activity, and two nights stay at Fairmount Chateau Whistler in a deluxe room)- VALID Nov. 1-21, 2018
