Date: January 8-9, 2019

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

About: Local vector control programs in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas are invited to attend one of two Vector Control Workshops in January 2019: January 8-9 in Charleston, South Carolina, and January 15-16 in Montgomery, Alabama. The workshops will increase the capacity of local vector control programs in areas affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Marie to respond to the increased threat of vector-borne diseases following these natural disasters. Choose the workshop most convenient for you. Both offer the same hands-on training, tailored instruction, and capacity-building activities for vector control programs in hurricane-affected regions. Each workshop is capped at 50 participants, so space is limited.
