About: Upon completion of the workshop, you will

  1. Have knowledge of general Tephritidae classification and adult and larval morphology,

  2. Understand how to diagnose the pest genera Anastrepha, Bactrocera, and Zeugodacus

  3. Understand how to diagnose the pest genera Dacus, Carpomya, Rhagoletis, Zonosemata, and Neoceratitis

  4. Be familiar with the most important pest species of Tephritidae
