Eastern Branch Summer Meeting Registration

Our goal is to provide a quality experience at low cost. Registration follows a two-part process, first to cover meeting expenses and meals, and second for lodging. The deadline to register is Monday, August 22.

Registration and meals. Registration covers the costs associated with access to meeting sites and other minor costs, as well as all meals at the Center from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Regular Member registration is $200 and Student Member registration is $120. Guests are not included because of limited space at the lodge.

Lodging. Lodging is available at the Center for the two nights, and registrants can choose a room as a single, double, or with 3 additional roommates. Accordingly, cost for two nights (the only option) depends on the number per room: $125 for a single room, $62.50 for a double room, and $31.25 for a room of 4. We will try to accommodate roommate preferences – provide the information on desired roommates during the registration process and we will manually assign the rooms accordingly. Without guidance, we will randomly assign names to rooms based on gender. Additional commercial housing is available in the Front Royal area.
